cotton/polyester blend at 20 singles uses Gildan's DryBlend® technology to provide moisture-management properties that a 100% cotton tee cannot match.
The 50/50 cotton/polyester blend is engineered with high-twist yarns — a construction approach that reduces pilling over time, enhances fabric durability through repeated washing, and creates a smoother printing surface than standard open-end spun cotton/poly blends.
For decorators running screen print or DTF applications on performance tees, the high-twist yarn surface reduces texture interference and improves color vibrancy.
Safety Green is compliant with the ANSI/ISEA 107 high-visibility standard, making the 8000T a workwear-appropriate option in safety programs where tall sizing is routinely needed but safety-compliant visibility colors are hard to find.
