The Devon & Jones DG20 Men's CrownLux Performance® Plaited Polo is built on a proprietary dual-sided "plaited" mesh pique construction that creates two distinct fabric layers in a single, integrated knit: the exterior face is 100% polyester — engineered for moisture-wicking, stain resistance, and color retention — while the interior skin-contact surface is a 60% polyester/40% cotton blend that delivers softness and breathability. The total garment composition is 61% polyester/39% cotton at 5.1 oz./yd²/172 gsm.

"Plaited" knitting is a specialized double-feed technique that interweaves two different yarns simultaneously in a single knit pass, binding them permanently together without lamination. This creates a genuinely integrated fabric that cannot delaminate, unlike bonded two-layer fabrics. The polyester exterior provides professional appearance and performance properties visible to the outside world; the cotton-blend interior delivers the comfort of cotton against the skin. UV 15-39 protection is integrated. Moisture-wicking throughout. Three-button placket, dyed-to-match buttons, matching flat knit collar. Wide XS–6XL unisex size range.
