The BELLA + CANVAS 3738 Unisex Sponge Fleece Sweatpants are a newer addition to the brand's fleece bottoms lineup, built from 8 oz./yd² 52/48 Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton/polyester in 3-end fleece construction. The 3-end fleece process produces a more lofted, plush fabric compared to standard 2-end fleece, contributing to the sponge fleece character. Athletic Heather uses a 90/10 Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton/polyester blend.
A relaxed fit creates a more generous silhouette than the retail-fit 3727 joggers — appropriate for loungewear-focused programs where comfort is prioritized over a slim silhouette. An interior waistband drawcord provides fit adjustment without external hardware. Encased elastic leg cuffs finish the hem cleanly without the stacked-fabric bulk of external ribbed cuffs. A tear-away label is included. Sizes run XS to 3XL — a wider size range than several companion bottoms styles. BELLA + CANVAS uses BlueSign-certified dyes.
