The Flexfit 5001 V-Flexfit® Cotton Twill Cap is Flexfit’s value cotton entry-point — a 98/2 cotton twill/PU spandex structured six-panel fitted cap that provides the Flexfit® stretch-fit technology in a 98% cotton fabric for programs that prefer natural-fiber headwear over performance polyester.
At 98% cotton, the 5001 is one of the most cotton-dominant caps in the Flexfit lineup, providing the natural breathability, dyeability, and familiar hand-feel of cotton in the premium construction of a Flexfit fitted cap. The 2% PU spandex provides the essential stretch that enables Flexfit® Technology to work — allowing the cap to conform to the head without rigid sizing constraints while maintaining shape retention.
Structured, six-panel, mid-profile construction with hard buckram front panels. Permacurv® visor with silver undervisor and 8-row stitching — the silver undervisor and 8-row bill stitching are the visual indicators of a premium Flexfit cotton cap. Sewn eyelets. Available in S/M and L/XL fitted sizes.
