The American Apparel 1302GD Women's Garment-Dyed Heavyweight Cropped Tee is a women's-cut variation on the 1301GD garment-dye process, shaped into a contemporary boxy, cropped silhouette with a rolled forward shoulder seam. Made from 6 oz./yd2 100% cotton, 18 singles, the fabric is the same heavyweight base as the 1301 family — dense, smooth, and well suited to printing. The garment-dye process produces a faded, lived-in color with almost no further shrinkage at home. Side seams and taped neck and shoulder contribute to construction longevity.
The cropped, boxy cut sits above the natural waist and is designed with a slightly oversized shoulder for a fashion-forward drape. Available in faded colorways: Faded Black, Faded Bone, Faded Lapis, Faded Powder Blue, Faded Powder Pink, Faded Smokey Violet, and True Black. Recycled tear-away label, OEKO-TEX and FLA certified.
