The Adidas A480 Men's Floating 3-Stripes Polo is a performance polo that combines the standard 3.8 oz. performance polo construction of the A230 with heavier 6.1 oz. fabric, adding the distinctive floating 3-stripes design element — a heat-transfer 3-stripes graphic on the right sleeve that appears to visually 'float' against the polo's body color, creating a modern, athletic look distinct from the woven or printed stripes on the A324, A325, A490 styles.
The self-collar, three-button placket, and open hem sleeve maintain standard polo construction, while UPF 50+ protection and hydrophilic finish deliver performance features. A contrast Adidas logo on the back neck provides brand identification — an unusual placement compared to most Adidas polos which use sleeve or hip placement. Note: the True Blue Heather/Grey Three colorway uses a different fabric blend of 88/12 polyester/elastane rather than 100% recycled polyester.
